Indigestion Could Lead To Constipation

Food has to be digested thoroughly and goo digestion as good food. Food may ferment and decay in the intestine then it enters the blood stream as poison causing headache and fever then it produces gas in the stomach.

Indigestion may causes the following:
  1. Cooking our food in aluminum utensils
  2. Vinegar is one of the causes of indigestion, because this can prevent the digestion of starch and hinder the digestion protein.
  3. Eating fried foods, fried foods are difficult to digest and should not be given to sick people
  4. Eating too fast this is where the indigestion begins
  5. Eating when you are tired
  6. Overeating can cause indigestion too
  7. Eating very late at night
  8. Do not eat between meals
  9. Meals too close together
  10. Don't use condiments
  11. Loss of sleep
  12. Decayed food
  13. Combination of fruits and vegetables will cause indigestion
  14. Fresh bread with yeast is not ready to be eaten until it is at least 20 hours to 24 hours old.
  15. Bread not well done can cause fermentation in your stomach
  16. Eating unripe fruit
  17. Nervousness, when you are frightened don't drink water
  18. Do not worry
  19. Too much sugar in milk or any food
  20. Chewing gum can cause sour stomach
  21. Soft drinks
  22. Use of tea, coffee and cocoa
  23. Use of two much liquid food. Such as too much soup is likely to cause digestion. This excess liquid dilutes the stomach juice, and hinders it from beginning its work.
  24. Habit of drinking between meals, the more liquid taken with the meals the more difficult is for food to digest for the liquid absorbed before digestion can begin
  25. Complex mixtures of food

Indigestion can cause constipation. Be careful in all the food intake, chew the food properly before it enters the stomach. Digestive system compose of mouth, esophagus, stomach, small intestine, bile, connection to the ascending colon, appendix, colon or big intestine.
