Water Therapy

Water is essential elements of nature for therapy. This composed of two (2) gases, hydrogen and oxygen. Not only plants and herbs posses medicinal properties which are of vital importance to the human body.

  3. Water is astringent. For wounds with continues bleeding cold water is applied to it and it will rest
  4. Water is laxative, remedy for constipation
  5. Water is sedative. Water is quieting and tonic for nerves
  6. Water is stimulant. The most efficient stimulant is to have a warm bath
  7. Water is tonic, it increases the circulation of blood. The cool bath gives a good tonic effect
  8. Water is eliminative, it dissolves all the poisonous waste materials and all foreign elements in the blood
  9. Water is derivative, it has a powerful cleansing effect
  10. Water is anodyne, it lessen the nervous sensibilities. When you apply hot compress in any part of the body , water gives relief. For a nervous person, a warm bath is given to produce sound sleep.
