Indigestion Could Lead To Constipation

Food has to be digested thoroughly and goo digestion as good food. Food may ferment and decay in the intestine then it enters the blood stream as poison causing headache and fever then it produces gas in the stomach.

Indigestion may causes the following:

  5. Don not use white sugar for this will form great acid-forming that creates in the body that forms uric-acid and produces gastritis, dyspepsia, acidity of the stomach, etc. This will cause the bones to be brittle because of the sugar robs calcium from the system.
  6. Avoid using much salt, for this will harden arteries and clog the kidneys.
  7. Do not use vinegar because its acetic acid which is harmful and this prevent the digestion of every other food eaten with it.
  8. Do not use any kind of flesh meat as food it might still contain some bacteria
  9. Do not have heavy meal at night if a person is tired, so that the body will be able to digest it properly.

  13. Eat one raw meal a day such as tomato, vegetables salad
  14. Do morning exercises apart from your normal activities for at least 15 minutes. But do not attempt to exercise when you are tired for it is harmful.
  15. Do not worry over anything or of anything you do, find solution for your worries. It never helps when you worry about something you cannot do.
  16. Drink at least 8 to 10 glasses of fresh water daily
  17. Chew your food throughly as your stomach is completely toothless
  18. If you do not sleep well eat pleanty of raw onions with your evening meal it acts like a sleeping tablet but is harmless
  19. Do not have varieties for fruits at one meal
  20. Do not spit anywhere especially in and on the places where children are playing.
